Along with my wife and our cousin Bill we have owned and operated Window Works since 1982. This is our 4th decade together working our craft,
sharpening our skills and broadening our knowledge week after week, year after year. Each day we discover what’s new in awnings and window treatments and we love facing challenging new installation and design challenges.

And, as valuable, our staff represents many years of Expertise too. Jim has been an installer with us since 1994, Carlos has been an installer with us since 2007 and Kimberly graduated with a degree in Interior Design in 2007 and is with us since 2008.

installer is entrusted with being the last team member
to interact with our customer; you need to trust in his
ability and his professionalism. From the way he
presents himself at “hello” to the way he carefully
handles your property, through the technical
installation and finally with the clean up and removal
of the debris. You can be assured our installers will

Our Team
Vince
is our founding partner and in addition to overseeing business
operations, he is responsible for awning sales. Together with
LuAnn and Kim, he also handles blind and shade sales. Vince is
famous here for coming up with solutions to the most challenging
situations in window treatment and awning applications.
LuAnn
oversees our social media, branding and advertising, and is also
responsible for interior design trade accounts. Together with
Vince and Kim, she also handles drapery, blind and shade sales.
LuAnn is the host and creator of the Window Works podcast
"A Well Designed
Business" found on Itunes.
Bill
manages our installation team and is our lead installer for all
interior projects. Bill has trained many other companies'
installers and is a Certified Somfy Motorization Expert, as well as
a Certified Shutter installer. His finest skill is his gift for
detailed drapery and soft window treatment installations.
Carlos
has been with us since 2007, and is our lead awning installer.
He is a Certified Somfy Motorization Expert, and handles both awning
installations and interior window treatment installations.
Carlos is fearless and creative, with great attention to detail and
a nack for a clean jobsite.
Jim
has been with us for over 20 years. He is also a Certified
Somfy Motorization Expert, and handles awning installations and
interior window treatment installations. Jim's many years of
experience have been extremely valuable to us and our customers.
Kimberly
assists LuAnn with interior design trade accounts and social media,
and handles drapery, blind and shade sales. Kimberly is an
expert at both fabric and wallpaper selection and has our 2000+
library of fabrics and wallpaper patterns practically memorized!
Adriana
is likely your first contact here, delightfully and efficiently
managing and communicating your project - from consultation to order
status and installation. She has been with us since 2013, when
she first interned here in college. We have received more
compliments from our customers about Adriana than any other showroom
coordinator in 30+ years. We are confident you will see why!
Julian
has been with us since 2014. He is also a Certified Somfy
Motorization Expert, and a terrific help to Carlos and Jim. Having
spent many months working with Habitat for Humanity before coming to
us, his construction skills are very high for his young years.
Julien is known around here for always being upbeat and pleasant
everyday!
